Support

Something is off, or you are not sure what Ivy did with what you said. Write to us; a person reads every message.

Say which phone or browser you use, what you typed or shared, and roughly when. Never send the baby’s diary itself; we can look at what you point us to.

Things to try first

Ivy logged something wrong

Tell it in the chat: “Actually, that was 6 pm” or “that feed was 90 ml, not 190”. Ivy changes the entry instead of adding a second one. To take an entry out, say so: “remove that nap”.

Ivy stopped answering

Every family gets the first $2 of AI use free. When that is used up, the caregiver who set Ivy up adds credits under Settings → Plan & billing; the line above the chat says so. Credits are shared by everyone caring for the baby and never expire.

A reminder did not ring

Reminders reach every phone that has opened Ivy once and allowed notifications. Check the phone’s notification settings for Ivy, open the app again, and look at the reminder in the calendar: it says who set it and when it is due. Pausing reminders (“pause reminders for two hours”) is per phone.

My partner cannot join

An invite link works once and expires after a week. Open Settings → Caregivers and send a fresh one. The person joining signs in with their own Apple, Google or email account; nobody shares a password.

A photo or voice memo was not understood

Ivy asks before it guesses, so check what it read and answer in the chat. Very long memos, several pictures at once, or a screenshot without a date are the usual reasons; add the date in a sentence and it will use that.

Can I use Ivy on the web and on my phone?

Yes. Sign in with the same account and you see the same baby, diary and reminders everywhere. Credits are bought in the iPhone app and on the web.

Your account and your data

What you log lives in your household’s own database with row-level security: the diary, photos, voice memo transcripts, reminders and the conversation each entry came from. Nothing is shared with other families, and Ivy never sells or trains on it.

To stop seeing a baby’s diary, open Settings → Caregivers and leave; what you logged stays with the family. To have your account and everything you logged deleted, write to the address above from the email you signed up with. We confirm within a few days and delete within thirty.

Ivy shows you your own notes. For advice, and whenever something worries you, ask your pediatrician.
